Necessary - needed in order to achieve something;
Permanent - continuing forever or for a long time;
Temporary - existing or happening for only a short or limited time;
Terminate - finish something.
Examples:
Some workers have necessary skills work.
I need a retirement plan.
I can work as a data-entry clerk.
